Air Cycle has contracted Fluorecycle, Inc. a state-of-the-art, permitted facility to process and dispose of your lamps. Fluorecycle, located in the midwest, is equipped with a premium MRT-engineered processing system, plus they provide an in-house MRT retort system.

The lamps are processed to their component parts including the distillation and reclamation of the hazardous mercury. This facility is regulated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and meets all standards set forth by these agencies. State-of-the-art equipment is used to process your lamps in an environmentally safe and legal manner.

The operating conditions meet even the toughest environmental standards. The entire process is fully automatic and incorporated in a container in which the air is brought to subpressure, thereby preventing mercury from being released into the environment.
